Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped directly from the print shop to your home, reducing environmental impact and unnecessary transport routes.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from receipt of the order. In exceptional cases it may take longer; if you have not received your order after 15 days, please contact Animis via the contact form.

Express shipping: Need your artwork sooner? No problem! Simply select the express option at checkout to significantly reduce delivery time and receive your print faster.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.
